50 Jews in Ulyanovsk own their own Tefilin!!!

With the purchase of lefty Tefilin by Mr. Dima Lutov, the number of Jews in Ulyanovsk who own their own pair of Tefilin has gone up to 50!

Over the past seven years, 50 pairs of Tefilin have been subsidized to the many Jews in Ulyanovsk who desire to don Tefilin but cannot afford it.
