Over 255 people attended our grand Seder in Ulyanovsk and 50 in Dmitrovgrad a total of 300 for the first night of Pesach, a number we totally did not expect!
The Program began songs and poems about Pesach song by the pupils of our Hebrew school "School of dreams"! After which we lit the candles, and began the "Hagaddah".
The crowd was definitely not board as we sang together many traditional Pesach songs together with our Chazzan Maxim Polin, and singer and President of our community Igor Dabakarov!
For the second night of Pesach we had the more advanced people attend one of numerous Seder's, 30 people at the Rabbi's home, and an additional 30 people at the President of our community Igor Dabakarov's home!
Of course all this does not include the hundred of Jews who celebrated Pesach in their homes by themselves or with friends!
To make Pesach at home easier of the beginners, we handed every single person who came to buy Matzo - a paper with the whole Hagadah in short on one page!!!
May this year be the last year we are in exile, next year in Jerusalem.
