Being that Ulyanovsk is the Russian Avior capital, (the Russian planes are made here) one of Russia's largest University to teach pilots, stewardesses and other avian personnel is located in Ulyanovsk. This is why the youth of our community have decided that it's time to light a Menorah on top of an airplane! Despite the freezing cold, these young people managed to get themselves and this menorah onto the wing of a plane.
