New Russian Youth Jewish Congress was set up in Ulyanovsk

Over 150 guests from over 50 cities in Russia have arrived to Ulyanovsk this past Thursday for a conference marking the start of a new national organization called, "The Russain Youth Jewish Congress"!

Guests included youth leaders from all over Russia and the heads of every single Jewish Umbrella organization in Russia.
